and course approvals for the pre-license
and post license courses are approved by the Virginia
Board of Real Estate. Also the 16
hour Continuing Education course is also approved by the
Virginia Board of Real Estate

Cooke is an approved provider for Dearborn-RECampus
real estate licensing educational courses and McKissock
appraisal courses. Cooke has also been approved

Cooke Real Estate School® is a proud partner of the National Association of REALTORS’® education resource, REALTOR® University and its outstanding online programs. The REALTOR® University courses are conveniently organized into real estate and professional/personal development programs.
CRS Designation Courses:
Cooke has partnered with The Council of Residential Specialists to provide the two outstanding courses which offer REALTORS® the ability to access the industry's leading education and earn elective credits towards their CRS Designation. The Council of Residential Specialists is the largest not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS® and is composed of more than 47,000 Certified Residential Specialists (CRS) Designees and Candidates/General Members. The CRS Designation has become the symbol of excellence in residential real estate.
e-PRO Real Estate Technology Course
Cooke is a provider for the outstanding e-PRO technology course, recognized nationwide by the National Association of REALTORS®, as a program packed with information and applications that will enhance the students Internet skills. This program is a must for REALTORS® interested in increasing their commission income and customer base. More and more homebuyers are going to the Internet today before purchasing a home to do research and to gather information before contacting a professional. e-PRO’s course material is essential in today’s real estate world.
It is a policy of the school's that students of the real estate license course can retake and/or review the on-line or cdrom real estate license course up to one year from the date of the student's registration.
