Appraisal Continuing Education Courses - Package only $395

CONTINUING EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS FOR APPRAISERS IN VIRGINIA:

All real estate appraisers must complete 28 hours of continuing education during each licensing term. Seven (7) hours of the 28 hours need to be the Mandatory 7 hour USPAP course or its equivalent.

INSTRUCTOR SUPPORT:

Once the you register for the course you will receive an email confirmation for your records and within 24 hours the instructor will personally email you so you have a contact during the course.
