How

- This course is composed
of 38 units. Each unit has four
sections: Reading Assignment, Interactive
Exercises, Reading Comprehensive Quiz
and a Unit Exam.
- Each unit has a Reading
Assignment. The course is designed
with learning objectives so as the student
goes through the unit, the student knows
what the objectives are.
- Every Reading Comprehension
Quiz needs to completed as does each Unit
Exams. The student needs to obtain
100% on the Reading Comprehensive quizzes
and a minimum of 75% on the Unit Exams.
This is the most important part of this
course, because as the student works through
these modules it demonstrates mastery
of the course.
- A student can move on
to the next unit without passing the previous
one but they won't be able take the final
exam until everything is complete and
passed.
- The end-of-course exam
is composed of 110 multiple choice and
true and false questions. The student
needs to score a 75% on the end-of-course
exam.
- The student needs to
mail back notarized and signed student
affidavit to the school, before any completion
certificate can be mailed. Here
is the "Student
Affidavit" . Here is the link for
the address
information . for the Affidavit to
be mailed.
- Once the school receives
the signed Notarized Affidavit, the school
will notify the Virginia Board of Real
Estate and mail the student a completion
certificate. Please allow three
to four business days for processing.
